Types of Talent Endorsement
Talent endorsements are divided into 5-year, 3-year, and 1-year multiple-entry endorsements for Hong Kong and Macau.
1.Outstanding Talent: Can be issued a 5-year validity, multiple-entry talent endorsement for Hong Kong and Macau;
2.Research, Education, Health Talent: Can be issued a 3-year validity, multiple-entry talent endorsement for Hong Kong and Macau;
3.Legal and Other Talent: Can be issued a 1-year validity, multiple-entry talent endorsement for Hong Kong and Macau.
Holders of talent endorsements can travel multiple times to Hong Kong or Macau within the validity period of the endorsement, with each stay not exceeding 30 days.

Accepting Department
1.Outstanding Talent: Applications for talent endorsements should be submitted to any immigration management agency of a public security organ at or above the county level in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, without restriction on the application location.
2.Research, Education, Health, Legal, and Other Talent: Applications for talent endorsements should be submitted to the immigration management agency of a public security organ at or above the county level where the work is located.

Application Materials
Mainland residents applying for talent endorsements should submit application materials that meet the corresponding talent category:
1.Outstanding Talent: No need to submit talent certification documents;
2.Research, Education, Health Talent: Employment certificate from the unit, proof of senior professional title or above;
3.Legal Talent: Employment certificate from the unit.
4.Other Talent: Employment certificate from the unit, management position in the relevant industry, professional qualification certificate.
