Application Requirements:Nationality from a treaty country (such as Singapore, Grenada, Turkey, Montenegro, etc.) Invest at least100,000 to 200,000 USD (the investment amount must be commensurate with the scale of the business)

1) The source of funds must be reasonable and legal.

2) The investment amount cannot be withdrawn.

3) For a new business, the investment must be used as startup capital for the company, and the company must reach an operational state.

4) For purchasing a business, the investment must be the fair market value of the business. The investor must hold at least 50% of the shares in the business, which must be genuinely operational. The applicant must

have no criminal record.
