Employer Requirements:
1.Currently in normal operation, with a fixed office location in Ontario and complying with relevant Ontario labor laws.
2.If the company is located in the Greater Toronto Area, the requirement is that the business volume in the last fiscal year is not less than100100,000 CAD, and has employed5full-time employees(who are Canadian citizens or permanent residents}.
3.If the company is located outside the Greater Toronto Area, the requirement is that the business volume in the last fiscal year is not less than50100,000 CAD, and has employed3full-time employees(who are Canadian citizens or permanent residents}.
Application Process:There are a total of7steps in the application process, with a period from submission to obtaining provincial nomination3-6months, overall period1.5-2years
