Application Requirements:

1. The applicant must have a long-term full-time employer offer from a BC company with no fixed term, and the position must meet the Canadian NOC occupational list, category 0 (management personnel), A (professional personnel), or B (high-skilled personnel);2. The applicant must have at least a CLB 4 level language test score in English before submitting the application.
(CLB 4 in all components for CELPIP, or IELTS Listening 4.5, Reading 3.5, Speaking and Writing 4);3. The applicant's income must meet the local salary standards for the corresponding position
and the salary cannot be lower than the salary standard provided by the employer when applying for the work permit;4. The applicant must have at least 2 years of direct work experience in the same position as the offer before applying, and must have corresponding salary statements
and social security proof;5. The BC online scoring system SIRS score must reach the median score of the last five selections;
6. The applicant and spouse must not hold more than 10% of the total ownership/shares in the BC company providing the job within the last 5 years (including ownership/shares in the parent company of the employer);
7. The employer company where the applicant is located
: must legally operate in BC with no bad records or disputes, and have good financial operations that can reasonably support operational expenses (in most cases, the company is required to be profitable), and must have been in genuine operation for at least 1 year (generally starting from when the company pays the first salary to employees or obtains the city business license); must have at least five long-term full-time employees (in the Greater Vancouver area) or three long-term full-time employees (outside the Greater Vancouver area), and the company must be willing to provide operational materials to support the applicant's application, including but not limited to the signature of the company leader, company recommendation letters, employee lists, financial and tax documents, operational documents, etc.Application Process:The application steps total
