For spouse or children:

Two photos; copies of the People's Republic of China resident identity card and Hong Kong and Macau travel permit; one copy each of ID(c)936 form; copies of university diploma, degree certificate (if any), and original academic certification report (must be placed in a sealed envelope from the issuing authority) can be sent directly to the Hong Kong Immigration Department; marriage certificate, child's birth medical certificate; if the person is not a native speaker of Chinese or English, relevant language proof documents must also be provided.

Writing materials
The Hong Kong Quality Migrant Admission Scheme application has two important documents: a 500-word plan for coming to Hong Kong and an employer recommendation letter.

The plan for coming to Hong Kong has a strict word limit, preferably kept within 500 words.
Education can be briefly stated, with a focus on your work experience and achievements. Include the leadership roles and job responsibilities you held in past large projects, list well-known clients you have served, or the significant contributions and impacts of the project/company on society.

The role of the employer recommendation letter is to indirectly prove the main applicant's overall work capabilities, which is one of the keys to approval. A complete employer recommendation letter should include three parts:
1. Company name, address, and contact information
2. Applicant's position and duration of employment
3. Detailed description of the applicant's responsibilities and achievements
