Hong Kong IANG Visa:The IANG visa is divided into two categories: non-local fresh graduates staying in Hong Kong and non-local graduates returning to Hong Kong.

According to the regulations of the Immigration Department, non-local fresh graduates who wish to stay in Hong Kong for work can apply for a one-year unconditional stay visa without needing to obtain employment from a Hong Kong company first.

For non-local graduates returning to Hong Kong for work, as long as they obtain employment from a Hong Kong employer, the job is usually one that a degree holder would occupy, and the salary and benefits meet market standards, the application is generally unlikely to face significant issues.
