NO.1 - Child Welfare

Any Hong Kong resident with children aged 3 or above can apply to enroll in kindergartens registered with the Education Bureau and can apply to participate in the Hong Kong Education Bureau's voucher scheme for tuition fee reduction. They are also entitled to 15 years of compulsory education, including kindergarten.

NO.2 - Youth Welfare

Primary and secondary schools can apply for funding programs based on the application criteria set by the government's Student Finance Office. The funding is divided into student book fee allowances, student transport allowances, and student internet fee allowances, with different levels of allowances for different age groups. The allowances are not given directly to the students but are deposited into the accounts of the parents or guardians of primary school students.

NO.3 - Elderly Welfare

The government provides welfare benefits for elderly people aged 60 and above, mainly including the Old Age Allowance and Public Assistance Allowance. Elderly residents in Hong Kong have the right to priority allocation of public housing. Three elderly individuals without family ties can share one housing unit, and the Housing Department allocates one thousand units each year for the elderly, ensuring that there is no situation where the elderly are left without support.
