As part of the requirements for the Thai retirement visa, holders need to report to the Thai immigration office every 90 days. If you are not in the country when the 90-day reporting deadline arrives, your passport should have an exit stamp, but for this, a re-entry permit is required. Once you re-enter Thailand, you still need to comply with the 90-day reporting system.
