Is it true that Hong Kong's immigration policy has been relaxed?

Since 2020, a series of policies benefiting Hong Kong have been introduced for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, covering various aspects of life for Hong Kong residents. For example, in terms of employment, the Hong Kong government has launched the "Greater Bay Area Youth Employment Program" to encourage young people from Hong Kong to work and develop their careers in mainland cities within the Greater Bay Area, with monthly salaries ranging from HKD 18,000 to HKD 26,000. Applicants do not necessarily need to have studied at a university in Hong Kong, but must be Hong Kong residents. In terms of housing, Hong Kong residents purchasing property in Shenzhen will enjoy "equal treatment" with local residents. Hong Kong residents have certain advantages over mainland residents and can also apply for loans directly from Hong Kong banks. The boundaries of cities in the Greater Bay Area will continue to dissolve, and national policies are helping Hong Kong and Macao integrate into the national development framework. Those with Hong Kong citizenship undoubtedly have an advantage in this "sharing" competition.
With the relaxation of Hong Kong's immigration policies and the impact of the pandemic, the Hong Kong Immigration Department has even introduced a no-interview process! As long as one receives a principle approval, they can collect their visa without having to enter Hong Kong. Hong Kong Chief Executive Carrie Lam stated in an interview that under the protection of the Basic Law, Hong Kong enjoys the freedom of currency exchange, the freedom of capital inflow and outflow, and a legal system that aligns with international standards. The advantages of Hong Kong are undeniable. With various talent introduction policies being launched, what Hong Kong lacks the most is talent! The Hong Kong Immigration Department will relax talent introduction policies based on the demand for talent in Hong Kong. Isn't this the perfect time to apply for Hong Kong residency?
2021 Hong Kong Study Immigration Program
Hong Kong Study Immigration, which refers to the (non-local graduate stay/return to Hong Kong employment arrangement), is an immigration policy formulated by the Hong Kong government to encourage overseas students to study in Hong Kong and plan to stay and work in Hong Kong. It is also the simplest and fastest way to immigrate to Hong Kong among all immigration pathways. Applicants can obtain a study visa by enrolling in a full-time university in Hong Kong, with applications and interviews open from October each year to May of the following year, and classes starting in September. After working for a Hong Kong company for seven years, the applicant and their family can also obtain a Hong Kong SAR passport.
