The Chinese Embassy and Consulates in Thailand remind again that according to domestic epidemic prevention and control requirements, forindividuals coming to Thailand with short-term visas such as tourist visas from a third country, if there are direct flights from the third country to China, the Chinese Embassy in Thailand will not issue health codes for them in Thailand.

If there are no direct flights from the third country to China and it is necessary for individuals to transit through Thailand to return to their country, please strictly adhere to the embassy's "Supplementary Notice on Applying for Health Codes for Individuals Transiting to China from Third Countries" and "Notice on Adjusting Relevant Requirements for Remote Epidemic Prevention and Control" and other relevant notification requirements.

The notice emphasizes that the epidemic situation in Thailand is very severe recently, with continuous imported cases from flights from Thailand to China. The Chinese Embassy in Thailand reminds individuals planning to transit through Thailand to carefully follow the relevant notification requirements, verify some intermediaries' "chartered tickets" carefully, and choose to transit through Thailand cautiously. During the transit period in Thailand, it is essential to strengthen protection, strictly implement home or hotel quarantine, reduce unnecessary travel, and avoid infection.
