1 Education Policy
With DSE results, students can directly enroll in 119 mainland universities (including prestigious schools like Tsinghua, Peking University, Fudan, Shanghai Jiao Tong University) through the "Admission without Examination" program.
· Hong Kong permanent residents can apply for admission to mainland prestigious schools through the "Overseas Chinese Student Joint Examination". The exam is easier, with admission scores lower by 100-200 points, making it easier to pursue further education.

2 Subsidies for Employed Individuals
The Hong Kong government provides continuing education and training subsidies for employed individuals who aspire to further their studies. Eligible applicants can apply for up to HKD 20,000 in subsidies without limit on the number of applications.

3 Public Transport Subsidies
The Hong Kong government has launched a public transport fare subsidy program.

4 Housing Policy
Permanent residents are exempt from taxes when purchasing their first home, and only need to pay 15% tax on the second home. Additionally, permanent residents can apply for public housing and subsidized housing.
Due to the strong promotion of the Greater Bay Area, Hong Kong permanent residents can purchase homes in the nine cities of the Greater Bay Area without paying social security, and there are no purchase restrictions on the first home.

5 Entrepreneurship Subsidies
Eligible residents from Hong Kong and Macau who start businesses in Shenzhen can enjoy various entrepreneurship support policies, including social security subsidies, rent subsidies, startup subsidies, and employment-boosting subsidies.

For those working in the nine cities of the Greater Bay Area, Hong Kong and Macau residents who work in these cities and pay individual income tax exceeding 15% of their income will receive financial subsidies.

6 Medical Security
With permanent residency, one can enjoy internationally advanced medical technology and basic free medical expenses in Hong Kong.

In public hospitals, outpatient consultations only cost HKD 50, and hospitalization costs HKD 100. In private hospitals, hospitalization costs at least a thousand dollars per day.
