Vision and Wealth in Life: Wherever your gaze lands is your vision; the horizon is limitless, and so is wealth.

The Hong Kong Talent Admission Scheme (Quality Migrant Admission Scheme) evaluates talent applications based on several criteria. The assessment process typically includes the following key factors: 1. **Qualifications**: Applicants are assessed on their educational background, including degrees and professional qualifications. 2. **Work Experience**: Relevant work experience in the applicant's field is considered, with a focus on the quality and duration of that experience. 3. **Age**: Younger applicants may receive additional points, as the scheme aims to attract younger talent to contribute to Hong Kong's economy. 4. **Language Proficiency**: Proficiency in English and/or Chinese is evaluated, as effective communication is essential in the workplace. 5. **Family Background**: Having family members who are permanent residents of Hong Kong may also be a factor in the evaluation. 6. **Contribution to Hong Kong**: The potential contribution of the applicant to Hong Kong's economy and society is taken into account, including skills that are in demand in the local job market. The evaluation process is competitive, and applicants are scored based on these criteria to determine their eligibility for the scheme.

How does the Hong Kong Talent Admission Scheme Selection Committee assess talent applications?

Officially known as the "Input of Outstanding Talent and Specialist Consultation Committee", this committee is not a government agency. It is a "think tank" composed of the top professionals from various industries in Hong Kong. The decision on whether your talent application can be approved is made by the committee, not the Immigration Department.

The consultation committee is divided into four groups based on the professional backgrounds of its members:

First Group:Reviews applicants from the industrial manufacturing, construction, surveying, engineering and building, information technology, and telecommunications industries.

Second Group:Reviews applicants from the financial and accounting services, legal services, logistics and transportation, and business and trade industries.

Third Group:Reviews applicants from the broadcasting and entertainment, catering services and tourism, arts and culture, and sports industries.

Fourth Group:Reviews applicants from business support and human resources, academic research and education, healthcare and veterinary services, and other industries.

As the saying goes, each profession has its own expertise. The committee naturally has professionals who will discuss and discern the highlights and authenticity of your materials and work experience.
