Which application should be submitted if both the Outstanding Talent and Quality Migrant conditions are met?

Mainly consider two factors
1.Urgency (for example: those who need to renew the previous specialized talent visa, those who are coming to give birth, children coming to study, children who are almost 11 years old and plan to take the mainland university entrance exam from Hong Kong, those who want to reunite with family as soon as possible)

What are the differences between the renewal of Quality Migrant and Outstanding Talent?

1.The renewal method for Outstanding Talent is 2+3+3, during which having a company hire you is sufficient, or you can open a company in Hong Kong and provide business proof.
Note:If the annual salary exceeds 2 million HKD, the renewal method can be 2+6. If the Outstanding Talent renewal does not meet the requirements and is rejected, you cannot apply for Outstanding Talent again.
2.The renewal of Quality Migrant does not have strict job requirements or a minimum number of days to stay in Hong Kong; it is a relatively subjective judgment by the officer, depending on whether you have connections with Hong Kong.
