4.Can someone with a bachelor's degree or higher but less than two years of work experience or a recent graduate apply for the Talent Scheme?

Yes. If one of the following conditions is met, the applicant is also eligible, and the age must be 39 years or below (including 39).


①The applicant must have an IELTS score of 6.0 or above or an old TOEFL score of 550 or above within the last two years.
②If the applicant has no English score, but the spouse has a bachelor's degree or above, or if there are children under 18 applying together, or if there is a direct relative who is a permanent resident of Hong Kong (parents, siblings, children), collateral relatives are not eligible.
③If the applicant has no English score and the spouse has no degree, there must be children under 18 applying together and at least one direct relative must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong.
④If the applicant is a master's degree holder but has no English score, the applicant can also apply if they can provide other non-English certificates.
⑤If the applicant is a bachelor's degree holder but has no English score, the applicant must hold other language certificates that are not in English and meet one of the following conditions: A. The spouse has a bachelor's degree. B. At least one child under 18 is included in the application. C. At least one direct relative is a permanent resident of Hong Kong.
⑥Holders of a doctoral degree or two master's degrees can apply directly.


5.How long does it take to process the application after submitting the entry plan?

About 3-6 months.
