1: Different application conditions

Talent Scheme: A score of80分即可申请，虽然听起来门槛很低，但其实优才有多难申请，去问问那些名校毕业、有大厂经验、资产高的申请人没有获批的原因就知道了，太卷了啊。

高端人才：年薪达到250万或毕业于全球百强名校且在过去五年有三年工作经验或百强名校五年内的毕业生，这三个条件满足其一即可，但是可以看出这三个条件没有一个条件是容易的。

二．申请名额

Talent Scheme：自2023年1月1日起，优才取消配额限制，为期两年。

高端人才：250万年薪者不设名额限制，百强院校毕业且有工作经验者不设名额限制，百强院校五年内毕业生每年限一万人；整体为期两年。

三．签证自由度

Talent Scheme：先拿两年签证，后续“2+3+3”模式续签，满七年可申请永居，不需要你在港工作，只要与港保持一定的联系即可，自由度灵活度都很高。

高端人才：通过高端人才拿到的是通行证，且必须赴港就业，未来可能会在续签方面卡人，像是低配版的优才，很多优才不能获批的都可以退而求其次试试高端人才通行证。

四：受养人

Talent Scheme：优才申请人是可以申请受养人的，属于一人申请，全家受益。受养人可以同申请人一同获得香港身份。
