01 Study Phase

2.Sign contract for processing
3.Submit application to Hong Kong institutions
4.Study in Hong Kong (family can also go to Hong Kong and obtain Hong Kong resident ID cards)
02 Post-Study Phase
1.End of study
2.Apply for IANG visa (arrangement for non-local graduates to stay/return to work in Hong Kong) to work in Hong Kong. During this phase, the applicant's dependents can also work or conduct business in Hong Kong.
03 Permanent Residency Application
After obtaining a Hong Kong resident ID card and residing in Hong Kong for 7 years, if the condition of "having Hong Kong as a permanent residence" is met, the applicant and their dependents can apply to become permanent residents of Hong Kong.
