What is a talent list?

The talent list for Hong Kong was first announced in 2018, aiming to attract high-quality talent more effectively and focus on supporting the high-value and diversified development of Hong Kong's economy. The 2021 talent list covers 13 professions that are currently most needed for the economic development of Hong Kong. Meeting the criteria on the talent list can add 30 points to the scoring for the Quality Migrant Admission Scheme.
