According to Thai immigration law, Chinese citizens must meet one of the following conditions to apply for immigration and settlement in Thailand:

(1)Spouses and parents (including adoptive parents) of Thai citizens

(2)Children of Thai citizens (including adopted children)

(3)Siblings of Thai citizens, who must be underage siblings and have no guardians in a foreign country.

(4)Other special circumstances as stipulated by Thai immigration law.

According to Thai immigration law, those who meet the immigration conditions can authorize relatives or friends residing in Thailand to submit an application to the Thai Immigration Bureau, or the applicant can submit the application to the Thai Embassy in China with the relevant documents. The submitted documents include: photocopy of the ID card of the Thai relatives or friends, proof of economic income or property status of the Thai relatives or friends, especially proof of real estate such as housing, a certificate of relationship between the Thai relatives or friends and the applicant, relevant letters from the Thai relatives or friends, the applicant's passport and photos, etc.

After receiving the application and relevant materials, the consular section of the Thai Embassy in China will report to the Thai Immigration Bureau for review and verification. Upon verification, officials from the Thai Embassy in China will issue an immigration visa to the applicant, who can then travel to Thailand for settlement.
