Singapore implements an open immigration policy, welcoming talents with professional skills and knowledge that contribute to economic growth. There are mainly 9 types of immigration:

1. Global Business Investment Program

An investment of 2.5 million SGD in designated funds in Singapore or establishing a new business entity, with strict requirements for the applicant's domestic business, and a rejection rate of over 90%.

2. Overseas Arts Talent Immigration

Overseas arts talents in areas such as art, photography, dance, music, drama, literature, and film can apply for this program. Applicants must be well-known in China or outstanding in a certain field, and those who meet these conditions can apply as outstanding talents in the United States.

3. Singapore Tech Pass Immigration

4. Family Office Immigration

Invest at least 5 million SGD to establish a family office in Singapore, with funds directed towards non-real estate and related industries. The success rate is high, with tax exemption benefits, suitable for high-net-worth individuals with asset allocation needs, serving as a way to manage family assets while obtaining residency.

5. Entrepreneur Immigration

Suitable for innovative talents/entrepreneurs with technical patents, sufficient time and energy, and a willingness to personally operate a company in Singapore, with the ability to secure investments.

6. Self-Employed Immigration

Applicants start their own company and apply for a self-employed pass (Employment Pass) in the name of the company director. The approval of the self-employed pass mainly depends on the applicant's personal conditions, while also considering the company's contributions to the Singapore economy, employee positions, CPF contributions, taxes, etc. The requirements are lower than for entrepreneur immigration, making it a relatively low-threshold entry method.

7. Personalized Employment Immigration

This is an employment pass open to foreign professionals, with no job restrictions (special industries require relevant certifications). Applicants must have a monthly salary of 18,000 SGD for work outside Singapore and 12,000 SGD for work within Singapore, ensuring an annual salary of 144,000 SGD. This type of pass is very flexible.

8. Employer-Sponsored Immigration

Simply find an employer willing to sponsor.

9. Study Immigration

As long as you are a current student at a school in Singapore (including public and private), have lived in Singapore for at least two years, and have passed at least one national-level examination in Singapore, such as PSLE, Singapore-Cambridge GCE N/O/A Levels, or the Integrated Programme (IP), you can apply for PR.
