[Before Arrival in Hong Kong]

1,You must hold a negative nucleic acid test result certificate.

2,All entrants must submit a health declaration form before arriving in Hong Kong, which can be submitted online. After completing the online submission, the system will issue a QR code. Please download the declaration result and present the downloaded declaration result to the staff upon entry. If entering through Hong Kong International Airport, the QR code is valid for 48 hours (if entering through land control points, the QR code is valid for 24 hours).

[At Entry]

1,Hong Kong residents and non-Hong Kong residents who have only stayed in mainland China or Macau on the day of boarding/arrival or within the previous 14 days:

• Those who have not completed vaccination need to be quarantined for 14 days at a designated location after arriving in Hong Kong and undergo virus testing on the day of arrival, the 5th day, and the 12th day;
Those who have completed vaccination need to be quarantined for 7 days at a designated location after arriving in Hong Kong, followed by 7 days of self-monitoring, and undergo virus testing on the day of arrival, the 5th day, and the 12th day.

Note: The above policies do not apply to individuals arriving in Hong Kong through the "Return2hk" or "Come2hk" programs.

2,Individuals who have stayed overseas within the previous 14 days (limited to Hong Kong residents) must have completed vaccination and hold a recognized vaccination record to board the flight to Hong Kong.

• Before boarding, you must hold a √ negative nucleic acid test certificate valid within 48 hours before the scheduled departure time and √ a confirmation of reservation for a designated quarantine hotel.

• Upon arrival at the airport, you must undergo "testing pending action". After confirming a negative test result, you must take a designated vehicle to the specified quarantine location. The quarantine duration varies based on vaccination status, divided into 14 days of mandatory quarantine and 7 days of mandatory quarantine + 7 days of self-monitoring.
