The EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program (Employment Based-Fifth) was established in 1990 under U.S. immigration law. It is the fifth priority employment-based immigration category designed for overseas investors. The purpose of the program is to attract foreign investors to invest in the United States and create job opportunities.
