Project Introduction:
The Singapore Innovation Investment Visa, known as Entrepass (ENT), is specifically set up by the Ministry of Manpower for clients who wish to start a business or invest in Singapore. This program was launched in 2003 and is one of Singapore's long-standing immigration programs aimed at attracting foreign entrepreneurs to start or invest in businesses in Singapore. The Singapore ENT program requires the submission of a visa application first, and after identity approval, the registration of a company and opening of a company account can take place. The overall project cycle is 2-4 months, which can meet the client's need to enter Singapore in a short time.
Application Requirements:
You can apply if you meet at least one of the following criteria:
1. Obtain at least SGD 100,000 in funding from a Singapore government-recognized venture capital or angel investment;
2. Already be an existing incubator or accelerator enterprise certified by the Singapore government;
3. Own an approved national intellectual property/patent that has significant competitive advantages that cannot be easily replicated.
4. Engage in research and development cooperation with research institutions recognized by Singapore A*STAR (Agency for Science, Technology and Research) or Singapore higher education institutions;
5. Have rich business experience or connections, a good entrepreneurial record, and wish to establish, develop, and manage a new or existing business in Singapore.
6. Have special technology or expertise in relevant business fields, with outstanding achievements or international recognition.
7. Have a good record in investing in enterprises and wish to develop new or invest in existing enterprises in Singapore.

The application process consists of 4 steps, with a duration of 2-4 months.
