Project Introduction:Canadian higher education study abroad immigration can connect with Canadian higher education, mainly for applicants who study or work in Canada to apply for permanent residency. Applicants who graduate from Canadian undergraduate, graduate, or doctoral programs and hold a post-graduation work permit can apply for Canadian permanent residency through various provincial immigration policies. One person applies, and the whole family is approved. The overall application cycleis 1.5-2 years, with processing fees around 40,000 RMB. There are many pathways, and the cost-performance ratio is high, making it one of the most cost-effective ways to immigrate to Canada.

Application Requirements:

1. Education: Canadian undergraduate degree or equivalent. Graduated from a qualified institution in any province of Canada, with a study duration of at least 1-2 years for international students; or holding a valid open work permit quota.

2. Application Time: Within 2-3 years after graduation (based on the graduation date shown on the transcript); or after meeting the corresponding immigration policy requirements for work experience.

3. Application Status: Hold a valid work permit with a validity of at least 6 months.

4. Language: IELTS General Training with at least 4 scores of 6 or French CLB 7 and above (if applicable).

5. Funds: A landing deposit of 20,000 CAD (if applicable).

6. Residence: Currently residing in the applying province.

7. Work (if applicable): 1) Already holding a full-time, long-term job offer related to the profession in the applying province. 2) Meeting the work experience requirements for the applied status, generally at least 6 months or more *depending on specific requirements of different provinces.

 

Application Process:There are a total of4 steps, with a cycle of 6-24 months.

Document Preparation

The applicant prepares the initial documents, which are collected and organized by Global Documentation.

STEP:02

Provincial Nomination Application

Submit the complete set of provincial nomination documents and wait for review to obtain provincial nomination.

STEP:03

Federal Application

After successful provincial nomination, proceed to the federal application, submit the complete set of federal documents, and wait for review until obtaining permanent residency.
