Application Conditions:

1,Must reside in Malaysia for a cumulative90 days each year.

2. Monthly income must be above 40,000 Malaysian Ringgit. (The exchange rate is about 1 Malaysian Ringgit to 1.53 Chinese Yuan)

3, the main applicant must be at least35 years old.

Applicants under 50 years old:

Must have 500,000 Malaysian Ringgit in savings;

Applicants aged 50 and above:

Must have 350,000 Malaysian Ringgit in savings;

*To prove the ability to meet the specified savings requirement, applicants will be required to regularly deposit 500,000/350,000 Malaysian Ringgit in the bank before applying, with a validity of 12 months;

Dependent applicants include: spouse, children, parents, and spouse's parents. Each additional dependent applicant requires an additional deposit of50,000 Malaysian Ringgit.

*Officially, at the time of application, children must be under 19 years old, and the visa issued to children is valid until their 21st birthday;
*Parents over 60 years old can apply for reunion after the main applicant obtains the second home visa, *specific requirements are subject to official announcements.

  4The second home visa is valid for five years upon approval.

  5Proof of domestic funds (savings)1.5 million Malaysian Ringgit.

  6The second home visa fee is500 Malaysian Ringgit/year/person, multiple entry fee is 30 Malaysian Ringgit/year/person. Service fee for the main applicant is 5,000 Malaysian Ringgit, and for family members is 2,500 Malaysian Ringgit/person.

  7For visa renewals, changes of main applicant, changes of nationality of the main applicant, etc., government review is required again..

  8All applicants must provide a certificate of no criminal record.

*All the above conditions apply to families that already have a second home visa, with a one-year grace period after the existing visa expires to meet the new conditions.
*New second home applications will restart in October.
