Project Introduction:Opening a corporate account with a Singapore bank (referred to as Singapore corporate account), assisting clients' overseas companies in opening a corporate account with a Singapore bank. Online banking operations are convenient and simple, there are no foreign exchange controls in Singapore, and banks do not impose mandatory wealth management.

Basic Requirements

1. Complete company registration documents;
2. Identity information of shareholders and directors;
 

 Depending on the company's different situations, additional documents may be required.: 

 3. 3-4 contracts or letters of intent between the account-opening company and suppliers and clients (for example, in the trade industry,  provide agreements,invoices, waybills, bills of lading).
 4. Provide bank statements of other company accounts of shareholders and directors; business contracts (for example, in the trade industry, provide agreements, invoices, waybills, bills of lading).
 5. Proof of permanent address for shareholders and directors; personal employment verification, company social security records.
